Originally from Missouri, Jen has proudly called Hilton Head Island home for more than 20 years. It was here that she met her husband, Brett, and together they enjoy island life with their two rescue dogs.

Jen's career began in hospitality, where she discovered her passion for creating exceptional experiences and helping people feel welcome. She later worked in property management before spending more than 20 years leading learning and leadership development initiatives. Now, she's excited to bring that same people-first approach back to the vacation rental industry, creating seamless experiences for homeowners and unforgettable stays for guests.

Deeply connected to the Hilton Head community, Jen serves on the Board of Trustees for The Children's Center and as Vice President of the Zonta Club of Hilton Head Island. She also enjoys volunteering at Island Recreation Center events and attending local favorites like Rock the Future, Oyster Fest, and Wingfest. When she's not working, you'll likely find her relaxing on the beach, listening to live music, or spending time on the water.
