Great vacation, check in and out were seamless, great communication throughout. The only negative was the living room furniture needs updated, both couches and chairs when you sit on them you fall down in the seat and very hard to get comfortable or get up and when you have a few older folks it is not great. Location to the beach and park were great, nice pool and deck area. Overall would stay there again.

Great location, close to beach and huge park with playground, ball fields, basketball court and even a dog park. House was very nice. The only negative is that the living room furniture both couches and chairs need upgraded, sink down in on couches and very hard to get up. Pool was great and overall we loved it and would rent again.

Beautiful, spacious, and incredibly comfortable home. The pool and spa were a huge hit with both us and the kids. It’s close to the beach, but honestly we never felt the need to leave. Plenty of room for up to four families, with space for everyone to spread out and enjoy. Highly recommend!

Space and location are amazing. Location was perfect with the beach and park so close and we appreciated the bikes, beach chairs and wagon. House has great interior and exterior space. We had 5 adults and 3 children and had room to spare. They had a nice 10 seater dinning room table that was situated perfectly between the kitchen island and family room where we can all eat. 2 tables outside and plenty of lounge chairs enabled us to sit pool side and enjoy the weather. The house can use some minor upgrades to the kitchenware (knives were dangerously unsharp) but other than that, we would recommend the house.

This was a great home for our full family Labor Day stay. There were 14 of us including kids and we enjoyed having a bedroom for all adult couples and a room for the kids. We also enjoyed the huge common living area as wells the fantastic pool area. The house is about a 5 minute walk to the beach and is at the end of a cul-de-sac so no traffic whatsoever. We also took advantage of the “bike-a-bility” of Hilton Head to go out for coffee, breakfast, dessert, and some other odds and ends. Just a fantastic home to stay in and pretty much exactly as described.

This property was everything we were looking for in a family vacation. We were supposed to be at Anna Maria Island in Florida but hurricane Helene had other plans! We booked this property on very short notice (like one day) and we’re very happy that all things worked out for us. The kids enjoyed the pool and the upstairs sitting area when they weren’t enjoying the beautiful beach that was within walking distance. The bikes and the beach cart proved to be valuable assets too. The number of bedrooms and bathrooms worked very well for p everyone! I would definitely book this home again. Thank you for allowing us to share your property! We loved it.

We were playing in the DBB World Series in Beaufort but also wanted to make it a vacation. This house was perfect as it was about 45 minutes from the ball park, and on our day off we spent at the beach which is only a five minute walk from the house.

We can not say enough good things about this place! Location is fantastic for all ages, close to the park, beach, grocery and restaurants. The house had plenty of space for our 3 families where we did not feel like we were on top of each other, but could all sit and eat meals together at the large table. There were so many thoughtful touches from towels to bikes and the beach cart. Communication with the rental company was also fantastic. Loved having the pool for the kids to swim before and after the beach. We would gladly stay here for family vacation again.

House was wonderfully cleaned when we arrived. The walk to the beach was easy, convenient, and there is a bike/walk lane so we weren't worried about cars while walking with the kids to the beach. With all the bedrooms and bathrooms the 16 members of our family were able to spread out when needed, yet the wonderful pool deck and chairs helped us stay close when we wanted. Fridge was nice and spacious and allowed us to keep groceries stocked. We had everything we needed. Thanks for the memories!

Wonderful vacation home for 3 couples with plenty of communal space. One of the few homes that actually has room for as many to eat as can sleep here! Would definitely recommend heating the pool and spa but weather was warm and sunny. House is beautifully furnished with good kitchen setup. We used the bikes, walked to tennis courts, went kayaking. Short walk to beach - we especially liked being in a less crowded part of the island, more relaxing! We'd definitely stay again

One of the best family vacations we have ever had! I would highly recommend staying at this vacation home. The property itself was very well maintained from top to bottom. There was more than enough space for all 12 of our family members. We couldn't have asked for a better location as it was just a short walk to the beach and park, with lots of local shopping, golf courses, and amazing restaurants. It had everything we wanted/needed in a vacation home. The vacation company itself was well organized and ensured we had everything we needed prior to and during out stay. Great spot for a family getaway!

We took a vacation with our kids and their spouses, 9 in all. The house at 7 Barrier Beach Cove was exactly as described. The pool was perfect for our usage, and a short 5-10 minute walk to the beach. The decoration in the home is fitting for the price range in which we rented. The home felt exactly like the vacation home we paid for. The house was clean, the AC worked very well, and the neighborhood was a short street with about 8 houses on it. The 2 full sized refrigerators and one mini fridge provided more than enough space for our food and beverage needs. 3 rooms with king sized beds gave us options for deciding on where the "master" bedroom should be. The entire family felt like there was enough room to get a breather, while hanging out with the entire family for a week. We will definitely put this on the top of our list when we return in 2025!

The house was lovely. The pool was a great asset, though you may need to ask management to heat it higher than the lukewarm 74 degrees it was when we arrived. Within a day and a half, it was up to 89. Walk to the beach is about 5 min to the beach entrance and 10 min to the beach itself. The park nearby is also great for walks and there were many tennis courts there, though they were almost always all in use. All around an excellent stay. Property management was super responsive with some small issues at the beginning of the stay.

My family and I came down for a golf tournament and to work remotely for the week. All I can say is the house was everything we wanted. Although it was only four of us, the house could easily accommodate two to three families without feeling cramped. Never being to Hilton Head, we were concerned about the location, but found the location to be great. You are a three minute walk to the beach and have numerous grocery stores and dinning establishment within 5-10 minutes from the house. The home was extremely clean. The owners obviously put a great deal of time into stocking the beach house. The facilities included everything you needed in a beach house from all kitchen items needed to cook a gourmet meal down to any item you needed to go to the beach. The management company was extremely helpful and took care of every request we had. I would definitely rent this house again.

House was great! Spectacular location! The only glitch involved the heating of the hot tub. Was requested in advance, but was not close to warm on arrival. Thought it might just need time to warm up. The next day, it was still tepid. Called the management company. Was told someone would be by to get things on track. Did not appear that day. That evening sent a message when asked to provide a review of the home. The next morning someone did show up and explained how to get the tub hot. Problem could have been solved with a few written instructions. Did have a few items that we had to purchase. A potato peeler for one. I guess the next occupant will benefit from our purchase. Many positives that far outweigh the negatives. Thanks for sharing your home.

We had a few entry issues to the property. They were literally remedied in 3 minutes. Stuff happens but I was extremely impressed with how fast and professionally it was resolved. The house was extremely pleasant to stay in and worth the price. I would recommend the property to everyone who is looking for a nice stay and convienence to beach as well as great restaurants.

This is our third time renting this house for a tennis tournament. Everything is wonderful. The beds are VERY comfortable and each bedroom has it's own bath. The toiletry kits were a nice touch. We REALLY appreciate the package with the detergents for laundry and dishwasher....no one wants to drive to the store on vacation for these things! The outdoor living area is perfect for hanging out and having a good time. We love this place and it will always be our first choice in Hilton Head!

We brought a group of Amateur golf players and families. The house has a great setup with an open floor plan that allowed everyone to enjoy each other's company and keep an eye on the outdoor area. The kitchen had a wide variety of dishes including toddler and party stuff. We were able to prepare several meals including a fiesta with margaritas. Rooms are comfortable and spacious. Proximity to beach and park as well as the on island are very convenient.

This house was a fully equipped home with everything you could think of needing. We have stayed in other rental homes but none have compared to this home, the appliances and kitchen items were above standards, everything was so clean, convenient and comfortable. It would be the perfect holiday gathering home but for us it was truly a home away from home our children enjoyed the beach and pool/spa for hours while we relaxed!
