Welcome to 20 Knotts Way, an exceptional North Forest Beach retreat designed for unforgettable Hilton Head Island vacations with family and friends. Offering approximately 6,000 square feet of living space, six bedrooms, six-and-a-half bathrooms and accommodations for up to 25 guests, this spacious home brings everyone together while still offering plenty of room to spread out. Best of all, the beach is just a short stroll away via the private Knotts Landing boardwalk.

At the heart of the home, soaring ceilings and abundant natural light create an open, welcoming living space overlooking the private pool and spa. Comfortable seating and a large Smart TV make it an easy place to gather after a day on the beach, while the spacious kitchen is well equipped for feeding a crowd with stainless steel appliances, generous granite countertops, a double oven and island seating for six. The nearby dining table provides seating for eight.

The outdoor space is where 20 Knotts Way truly shines. Step outside to your private elevated pool and spa, settle into a lounge chair in the Hilton Head sunshine or gather on the expansive deck for an afternoon together. A Weber propane grill and multiple outdoor seating areas make casual meals easy, while private neighborhood beach access puts the Atlantic just moments from the house.

The home's thoughtful bedroom configuration is ideal for extended families and multi-generational groups. The main level includes a King primary suite with a sleeper sofa, walk-in closet and spacious private bath, along with a second bedroom featuring two Queen beds. Upstairs are another two-Queen bedroom and two additional King suites, giving the home three King retreats in total.

Then there's the top floor—the space the kids may never want to leave. Three sets of triple bunk beds create a nine-bed bunk retreat, complete with video games, bean bags, a Smart TV and private bathroom. It's practically a vacation within the vacation.

And the fun doesn't stop there. The garage game area includes ping pong, Pop-A-Shot basketball, a putting green and four-player laser tag, giving everyone something to do when they're ready for a break from the beach and pool. An elevator provides added convenience between levels, and a second-floor kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave and sink makes traveling with a large group even easier.

When you're ready to explore, the shops, restaurants and entertainment of Coligny Plaza are approximately 1.2 miles away, putting one of Hilton Head Island's most popular destinations within easy reach while still giving you your own North Forest Beach retreat to come home to.
