We had a wonderful stay. The Vacation Company communicated everything clearly. The house is fantastic. It has its own private beach access and plenty of lounge chairs for the pool. Every bedroom has its own bathroom and the kitchen is fully equipped. We'll definitely be back.

This week has been truly unforgettable! There is a rare kind of magic about this place that makes it so easy to leave the outside world behind and simply live in the moment. Booked for a friends' trip and worked out perfectly! Vacation Company booking was simple and they gave all the codes and info ahead of time. Quick to respond for the one question we had during our stay. Kitchen fully stocked. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which was great for our large group. The screened porch was the great for the evenings. We would book again in a heartbeat.

Great spot. Very beautiful, usable and comfortable. One of the best locations on the island. The kitchen is well equipped. There is a great main living area plus a second living space upstairs. We'd come back without hesitation.

Booking was straightforward and smooth, and everything with The Vacation Company was easy from the beginning. From the moment you walk in, the house has a special feel. The hardwood floors are beautiful, and the whole place is calm and quiet. The rooms are very beautiful. Outside, all you really hear is the ocean. Inside, there’s plenty of space—easy to be together as a group, but also easy to find a quiet corner. The setup works well: every bedroom has its own bathroom, beds are comfortable, and everything you need is there—hairdryers, TVs in every room, games, and books. The house is also in a great central location on Hilton Head. You can get everywhere quickly—whether it’s grocery stores, the movie theater, golf courses, or the lighthouse. We spent a lot of time on the screened porch—it really feels like an extra living room. You can also relax on the upper deck or down by the pool and spa. Bikes are included, which makes getting around even easier. Overall, it’s one of those places where you settle in right away—and before you know it, it’s time to leave. The time just went by way too fast and I hope we will be back soon.

I know Hilton Head very well and love staying active, and this house made it so easy. You can bike straight from the house along the beach—at low tide all the way north toward Palmetto Dunes or south into Sea Pines to the lighthouse. Morning runs along the water were a highlight every day! Coligny is super close for coffee, shopping, lunch or dinner and we even did a day trip to Savannah, which is definitely worth it. The house itself stands out: direct beach access, great ocean views, a sunny upper deck, and a large screened porch. Pool and spa are perfect after a long day outside, and everything is set up really well with bikes and a credit to rent beach gear. Great location, great setup, and honestly just a fun place to stay. I’d come back any time!

We’ve been coming to Hilton Head every year for the past 16 years, and this home truly surpassed them all. It has a very special, unmistakable atmosphere, and the location is simply exceptional. Most rooms offer direct ocean views, with stunning sightlines over the dunes and out to the sea. In the mornings, you can watch dolphins while enjoying your coffee on the porch—an experience that never gets old. The shops and restaurants at Coligny Plaza are just a short walk or bike ride away, which makes everything incredibly convenient. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, and the bedrooms are beautiful, with large, comfortable beds—each one featuring its own en-suite bathroom. We will absolutely be back next year!

This was by far the best house we have ever stayed in on Hilton Head. It has such a special, elegant, and classic South Carolina feel. The house is incredibly spacious, so everyone can enjoy their privacy, and every bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom. At the same time, there are so many beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces where the whole family or a group of friends can come together. The ocean views are absolutely breathtaking. In the early morning, you can watch the dolphins and the sunrise, and in the evening, the upper deck is the perfect place to sit and enjoy the sunset. The kitchen is high-end, beautifully designed, and very well equipped. The pool area is also wonderful and makes the whole property feel even more luxurious and relaxing. The Vacation Company was excellent throughout our stay - always there whenever we had a question and incredibly welcoming . We also loved that bikes were included, which made everything even more fun and convenient. Overall, this house was an absolute dream and we will definitely be back next year!

This was our second time staying at 15 Dune lane and unfortunately we didn’t have the best experience this time around. The master bedroom air doesn’t work that great so we had several fans going, the upstairs master bathroom had a bug problem. Small black bugs all over the bathroom, contacted the renting agent and they had to send someone out twice to treat the bugs. On our last day the hot tub was randomly drained and they didn’t fill it back up until the day we left. Pool wasn’t cleaned until the last day. Overall our experience wasn’t the best and we will look for a different property to rent next summer.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the bugs in the upstairs bathroom. As soon as we were notified, our team responded within 20 minutes with an initial treatment and arranged for a licensed pest control professional to inspect the home. Upon their inspection, no additional pest activity was found, but we understand how frustrating the situation was and regret the disruption to your stay. We are also sorry for the issues you experienced with the hot tub and pool. The pool is serviced twice weekly, on Mondays and Fridays, with cleaning times varying throughout the day, so it is possible the pool was cleaned while your group was out enjoying the island. Following your departure, our team inspected the property and found that the pool and spa water levels were low. We acted immediately to correct the issue. Had we been notified during your stay that the spa appeared to be draining, we would have been happy to investigate and address it right away. We appreciate your feedback regarding the air conditioning as well. Guest feedback helps us identify areas for improvement, and we will be reviewing these items with the homeowner and maintenance team. While we're disappointed to hear you're considering a different property for your next visit, we appreciate the opportunity to have hosted you again and wish you and your family all the best.
