This den holds comfortable seating including a Queen sleeper sofa, plus a flat screen TV and game table. A nearby laundry room features a full-sized washer and dryer and utility sink. There's also a full-sized bath with granite vanity and walk-in shower with bench on this level as well. The lower-level brick paver patio has 4 chaise lounge chairs and 2 small side tables.
