1109 Harbour South

This is our second week long stay at this property. We love the location and we love the space. Nicely decorated w all the amenities that you need. That being said, the cleaning was terrible for this stay w some maintenance issues, as well. Layers of dust on dressers and master tv, the step banisters were filthy w either chocolate or feces and also just plain dirt up and down all the rails. Sticky finger prints on the large pretty windows. Never touched by housekeeping. Lots of crumbs on some of the pantry shelves. The dryer takes four times running to dry beach towels, the dresser drawers in the bunk room keep falling out and may hurt a child. They were anchored w bath towels behind them. The main floor bath has a slow draining sink. The second master upstairs has a bit of a slow sink. The pool doesn’t have many loungers. We struggled a few times this visit to have loungers. All in all, we would stay here again but would be sure to confirm this villa has had a thorough clean and maintenance issues are resolved.

This beautiful condo was the perfect size for our group of 9. The kids’ room on the second floor accommodated 4 kids with room for more. Our adult son had his own “apartment” on the ground floor with murphy bed, mini kitchen, bathroom, and patio. On the 3rd floor, my husband and I had the master bedroom and niece and her husband had the other king bedroom.We took full advantage of the 4 bikes provided - the kids enjoyed riding bikes to Harbour Town and to feed the horses. The plentiful beach towels came in handy for many trips to the beach and pool. The trolley makes frequent rounds and made it easy to get to the beach with all of our gear.The only minor inconvenience was parking with 2 vehicles. One has to be parked in the garage and the other in the driveway. If the garaged car needs to get out or in, the driveway car has to be moved. In the whole scheme of things, this wasn’t a big deal but just something to be aware of.We had a wonderful time and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This was our second time staying at this property and it did not disappoint! We were able to check in earlier than expected, the house was clean and provided everything we needed! We absolutely love this home! If we make the trip to HHI again, this will be the first place we look to stay!

The property was very nice and roomy! We had everything we needed for our stay.The only thing we didn't like was that we could only get 2 parking passes. We were 3 separate families with 4 cars - 2 of them had baby seats for 7 and 11 month old babies.This made it a little more time consuming to get around.When booking, I don't remember a mention of 2 flights of stairs but it worked out ok even though some of us were not happy about climbing the stairs. My husband and I are in our 70's and have some difficulties with stairs. It would be nice to know this from the start.

We had 2 families. 4 adults and 7 young adults/teens. The condo is beautifully decorated and had plenty of space for everyone. Loved the private balconies!! Sea Pines is beautiful! We loved riding the bikes over to the lighthouse. Fantastic vacation!! Highly recommend!!

We loved our stay from start to finish. The home is perfectly appointed, well designed with smart layout and amenities. The kitchen was particularly great, allowing us to dine in with friends a few times. Location is outstanding. Pool was not heated and we were there in late March, so the kids just had to bike up the street to the Sea Pines pool - not an issue since bikes are provided! Will stay there again for sure.

We had a wonderful stay at Harbor south. The home was beautiful and a perfect arrangement for adult children. The location is perfectly walkable and the bikes were perfect for morning rides to feed the horses! The home is well stocked and we enjoyed the games and puzzles provided. We loved our trip for Christmas here. We had room for the eight of us to open presents, eat together, and play board games. The free bikes were such a blessing as well. We will rent this one again! Please note- it is a bit difficult to find.

This property is spacious and comfortable. With the high end finishes and large living spaces, it is perfect for multiple couples or for families. There is enough space to share but also private spaces to escape to. The location is within walking distance to small shops, restaurants, the beach and many other attractions. Within minutes of anything you could want, this is the perfect getaway to explore HHI. We will definitely be returning for another trip and staying here again!

Great location in Sea Pines, love that it had 4 full bathrooms which worked out really well for our two families. Only room for two cars at the house but there is parking down the street.

Great space! Loved the pool right outside but felt it could have been cleaner……garbage was overflowing for days. Just a suggestion…..the kitchen could use better frying pans and more mixing bowls.

We had a great time staying in the townhouse close to Harbor Town. The house had plenty of room for all 10 of our family. Loved the pool and we were able to walk to Harbor Town. We had an issue with the air conditioning and they were quick to solve it that day. We will be back there again for sure.

We rented this for our wedding weekend in Sea Pines. The location was awesome and convenient. We weren't sure how far the beach was from the house but the people was really close by. Overall great experience!

Our family stayed there for a family wedding. It was perfect! We were mainly just sleeping there. The welcome party was at the Harbour club and it was so nice to be able to walk. It was very convenient for all of our weekend activities. Our only complaints were that there were no instructions for the TV and it was NCAA basketball weekend and we could not figure out the TV! We are older and technologically challenged! Also there were not pots and pans for cooking for a larger group.

We had a wonderful family vacation and loved our stay at this house! It had everything we needed and we really enjoyed the layout of the house. The check in process was smooth and the kids loved the easy access to the pool. The house was a perfect size for a party of 12. When a tropical storm came through and we lost power, the resort staff responded quickly to restore power and clean up the area! All the staff in Sea Pines were friendly and very helpful!

Our family of 2 parents, 4 teens, 2 younger kids, and 2 grandparents enjoyed the house entirely. The house was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well decorated. The pool was especially convenient (a BIG plus with kids!) and can be seen perfectly from all three balconies and even from within the living room/kitchen area. The house had everything we needed and more and is very conveniently located within a short walking distance to Harbor Town. The check-in/check-out process could not have been made easier through the app. Great place in Hilton Head!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Everything was exactly as advertised. Very comfortable and clean. I would recommend this property. The only thing I would warn is that there are A LOT of stairs and they are tiled with a metal edge, definitely a hazard.

The condo was just beautiful! It has recently been renovated and is perfect in every way. The condo was spotless! There was plenty of room for our 11 people. It is close to everything! We used the bikes that came with the rental everyday. I would stay here again!

We absolutely loved our stay at this property. It was just as the description and pictures presented it. The property was within walking distance to lots of things. Bicycles that came with it were perfect for late afternoon bike rides. The only small problem we had was the property had two different addresses which was confusing when trying to get food delivered or Uber to pick us up.

From reservation to checkout the process was as easy as good be...most importantly the property is well located in Sea Pines right at Harbour Town. Plenty of room for all 11 of us. Great time for us to get together with family and friends. Bikeable access to the beach, yacht basin, shops and dining. Trolley access from the house as well if needed.

This property was perfect for our two families. With two families of five, the house had plenty of room. The area was quiet and within very short walking distance to the harbor with the lighthouse, shopping, dining, and sight seeing. It was quick enough to get to the various beaches by car and the kids loved being able to ride bikes everywhere. This was our first visit to Hilton Head Island and this experience in this property has made us want to come back. When I had a few questions, the management company was very responsive and more than helpful.
