The 2nd floor has an open, airy floor plan which includes the kitchen and dining room that seats a total of 12. A wheelchair accessible powder room and an additional washer and dryer are also on the 2nd floor. The kitchen is a cook’s dream with a glass tile back splash throughout and a huge island that seats 5. The living area opens to the upper deck which features incredible views, a gas indoor/outdoor fireplace, and wall mounted TV. On this deck is a large sectional sofa and dining table that seats 6. Perfect for al fresco dining and gazing at the ocean. Also located on the 2nd level is a master suite with private bath and lovely views.
