This island retreat has marvelous marsh views teaming with island wildlife all just a short stroll to the Harbour Town marina, shops, restaurants, and watersports. Decorated in a coastal living palate, the home is as light and bright as a perfect summer beach day. In addition to the main house, there is a separate guest cottage with a king bed and private bath and can also function as a workstation for those who need to work remotely with a portable desk. The open concept flows from the kitchen, dining, and living areas right out to a large deck that encompasses the back of the house with relaxing marsh views!

PROXIMITY TO THE BEACH
• Walk to Harbour Town in 5 minutes
• Sea Pines Beach Trolley Service is located at parking lot 8 located off of Greenwood Drive near Willow Oak Road West. Operates daily from 9 am till 5 pm. June 8 to September 7.

HIGHLIGHTS

The house is very comfortable, nicely furnished and decorated, and well maintained. The location is easy walking distance to Harbor Town and Sea Pines Center and has a direct view over the marsh towards Deer Island. Nevertheless, it is away from car and pedestrian traffic. It is quiet both day and night. I have vacationed at Hilton Head and Sea Pines for 5 decades. At Sea Pines, not much has changed over the years. It never got overbuilt and I consider this to be a big plus. What could be improved: the ration of dishwasher soap and laundry detergent could be increased. It seems wasteful to buy a box of tablets when only 2 or 3 more tablets are needed.

Had our two Golden Retrievers with us. This is the first time we vacationed in HHI with them and we really enjoyed it. Deck and gated area worked well. Sea Pines is very pet friendly.

We have stayed at this beautiful home location for 4 summers now and will for many more. The home is beautiful and spacious for larger families or groups. The big backdeck with a fire pit has beautiful views and is great for hanging out in the evenings or your early morning coffee. Walking distance to harbor town, great park for kids to play and ice cream shops. They even provide beach chairs and sand toys for you to take to any of the many beaches near by.

House was exactly as pictured, clean and easy check in with lock pad entry. House was spacious and accommodating for the entire family with teenagers and adults. Kitchen had everything we needed with gas grill for easy dinners at the house. Door entry did jam a few times but worked after the 4 th try or so. Nice quest house and bathrooms. Great location to Harbour town, and pool. Beach is far but accessible by trolley.

Nice porch with peaceful view of marsh and wildlife. Plenty of room and seating in den and at tables. Comfortable beds. Nice kitchen. Patio umbrella was broken and my husband fixed to be usable. Code on house and 2 of amenity bikes didn’t work initially, but was taken care of pretty quickly. Beach rental chairs were delivered to wrong address and not solved till 2 days into trip. Nice laundry room. Overall a great and enjoyable week!

Was very clean for a pet friendly spot which I appreciate as my dog does not shed. Plenty of space and accommodations! Love that there are more than one king suites w baths.

Our travel group of 4 couples loved every second at 29 Stoney Creek. We loved the kitchen, living area, back deck, fire pit, location, and the comfy beds!!!! We had never stayed on the marsh while on vacation in Hilton Head...what an unexpected treat!!!! Every day we were on the deck watching the tides come in and go out. We loved seeing all the water birds, cheerful squirrels, curious marsh crabs, lizards and deer!!!!
All of us said it was one of the most relaxing places we have ever stayed!!!
