On the main level, you will find a spacious open floor plan with a combined living room, dining area, and kitchen with stainless steel appliances. There is even a sunroom on this level for extra living space. A queen guest bedroom with an en-suite bath is located just off the main entry. The second level comprises the master bedroom with a king bed, en-suite bath, and a private balcony. Two other bedrooms share a hall bathroom; one has 1 queen, and one has 2 twins.
The on-site pool will open in April 2025, and swimming is allowed from 8:00 a.m. until SUNSET. The pool will close for the season on September 30th, 2025, and pool will reopen in 2026.. Open date has not been released for 2026.

Renourishment Project
HILTON HEAD ISLAND, S.C.
As of June 10, pumping of sand (an estimated total of 755,000 cubic yards) onto South Beach is complete. Their contractor, Marinex Construction, Inc., will now begin the demobilization process.
During demobilization, Marinex will remove offshore pipe, level vehicle tracks along the beach, and level out any significant areas of scarping (steep or uneven areas) along the renourished areas from Beach Marker 8 to Beach Marker 27. Below is the timeline (weather permitting):
All beach access locations will reopen by Saturday, June 13
Metal and HDPE pipe will be staged between Beach Markers 9 and 10 by Monday, June 14
Tilling of South Beach will begin on Tuesday, June 16 (estimated 1-2 days to complete)
All contractor equipment should be gone by the end of June
