HarbourFest is an all summer long celebration that takes over Shelter Cove Harbour & Marina with fireworks, spinning hats, carnival games, face painting, music and more with the very popular entertainment of Shannon Tanner and Cappy the Clown. The festival events begin annually on Memorial Day Weekend and run through Labor Day Weekend.
