Clean, bright, spacious and modern. Kitchen is well-stocked, and a great location to bike from. Will definitely rent here again!

We have stayed at 69 shell ring road 3 times before. Check in is at 4. We arrived at 430 and the garage door was open and there was wood all over the garage floor. I went in and there was a guy working on the hardwood floors that were newly installed. He asked if we had the house rented for the week and I said yes so he started quickly cleaning up. He asked if he could stack the wood in the garage on the side and I said sure. There was a gap between the hardwood floors and the tile so he asked if i wanted that taped and I said yes so he left to go get tape. A few minutes later I hear a scream from the upstairs bedroom where our 14 year old girls were. I ran up there and there were a few 2 inch wasps flying around. I got some tissues to grab one and it stung me in the hand. I found 5 total flying around upstairs and dispatched them. I went downstairs and started hanging my clothes in the master bedroom closet and I heard my wife yelling from the kitchen. She was going to start a load of laundry before we went to dinner because a bottle of shampoo somehow opened during the flight and got on some clothes. I ran to the kitchen and water was pouring out of the laundry room all over the brand new hardwood floors in the kitchen. We turned the washer off and used every beach towel and bath towel in the house to clean up the mess. Apparently a worker had disconnected a line behind the washer and never reconnected it. The worker showed back up with the tape and I told him all the problems we were having. It turned our he was the property manager. His name was Ryan and he was awesome. He took all the wet towels and replaced them. He went on a wasp hunt and found a couple more and dispatched those. We found a wasp about 25 ft up in the living room skylight. For 25 minutes we threw folded up beach towels at it before it finally fell and we got rid of it. It was a very eventful start to our vacation. We guessed the workers doing the floors left the door open all week so thats how the wasps got in. The rest of the week was fine. We love the house and the neighborhood. The pool and hot tub are fantastic. The neighbors are all so nice. The location is perfect. We will always rent this house when we come to Hilton Head. We got home last night and booked it again for August. The management company called me today to ask how many vehicle passes we need for august and I told her about all the problems we had last week and Tiffany gave us a credit for our August trip. That was so nice of them. You can not go wrong booking this house. We love it.
