OCEAN ONE HAS A FULL SCALE RENOVATION PROJECT SCHEDULED TO BEGIN JANUARY 2023. PHASE 1 IS EXPECTED TO LAST 5 MONTHS AND WILL CONSIST OF CONCRETE BALCONY REPAIRS AND WATERPROOFING, AND REPAIRING AND PAINTING STUCCO SURFACES ON THE OCEAN SIDE OF THE BUILDING. WHILE THIS PHASE SHOULD NOT INTERFERE WITH THE USE OF INDIVIDUAL VILLAS, THE BALCONIES OF CERTAIN UNITS MAY NOT BE ACCESSIBLE WHILE THEY ARE BEING REPAIRED. WORK IS SCHEDULED FOR THIS UNIT TO BE COMPLETED BETWEEN MARCH 20-MAY 25. WORK IS REQUIRED TO STOP DURING SUMMER MONTHS.

The Master Bedroom has a King-size bed with private oceanfront balcony and private bath. The Second Bedroom has a King-size bed which also has a private oceanfront balcony and a private bath. The Third Bedroom has a bunkbed with a twin size bed over a full bunkbed, plus a full size trundle bed. This bedroom also has a private bath. There is a third balcony that is located directly off the main living area with seating!

PROPERTY REMINDERS
• Pets are not allowed.
• Parking passes should be displayed at all times. Parking is limited to 2 passes per villa. Please note: Parking is strictly enforced in this complex. ONLY 2 cars per unit MAXIMUM between Memorial Day and Labor Day. The rest of the year (September-May) guests are strongly urged to limit traveling party to 2 vehicles if possible. During peak season, this is mandatory. There is no overflow parking available in the Forest Beach area at all.

The views were perfect. We enjoyed the Tiki Hut entertainment on our decks. Although it rained most of the time , you can’t beat the location for hanging out still enjoying the outside. We would love to return to this very same condo.
