This 1-bedroom 1.5-bath North Forest Beach villa, located in Sea Crest has two pools, a beach bar, and the ocean's waves just a few sandy steps from your door! The kitchen, living room, and dining room are open and inviting with seating for four plus three barstools for additional seating. All new appliances and a fully stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs. The King suite bedroom has beautiful coastal décor with a large master bath. The laundry is directly off the kitchen for convenience. Enjoy your private patio while watching the waves and sea birds.

Sea Crest is in the heart of the Coligny beach area. Nearby Coligny Beach Park is minutes away and provides water fountains children can play in, restrooms, and oceanside swings. Guests can visit Coligny Plaza directly across the street, a must-see destination with over 60 shops, restaurants, a movie theater, and seasonal family entertainment. Enjoy visiting Lowcountry Celebration Park, a 3-minute bike ride away which provides active and passive recreational activities, playgrounds ship, amenities, and scenic views.

Enjoy bike riding from Sea Crest using our many bike paths on the island or up and down our glorious beaches. This villa is the perfect island oasis. Enjoy a great getaway or Honeymoon!!

*** Lagoon repairs are scheduled to start January 3. They will be drained, cleaned out and the liner will be replaced. The project is scheduled to take 8-10 weeks and is scheduled to be completed by 5/1/2024 weather permitting.

SPRINKLER LINES IN GARAGE AT SEACREST BEING REPLACED 2024. All sprinkler lines in Buildings 2 and 3 are being replaced. Work in Building 3 will Start April 8th. There are several moving parts to this project and areas of the parking garages will be blocked off and inaccessible at various times. The expected completion for Building 3 is May 3rd. As soon as Building 3 is completed, work will begin in Bldg 2 and that is scheduled to be completed by June 21st. DURING THIS PROJECT, 1 BEDROOM UNITS WILL BE LIMITED TO 1 PARKING PASS AND 2+ BEDROOM UNITS WILL BE LIMITED TO 2 PASSES.

This condo was beautiful and had everything as advertised. So close to Coligny shopping! Beautiful pools and awesome pool bar! We will be back!

Loved so many things about this place.

The room was just as described but I was surprised it was a little bigger than I thought. Everything was very clean and we loved the decor. Location was perfect, pools were great and we loved Jim pool bar located at the pool, prices and service was great. Our only complaint and it was a small oneâ€¦. check in was a little confusing and wasn't sure how to get to our room. We had another couple checking in at the same time and they were just as confused as we were. I would suggest a detailed map with parking garage, elevators and map with the info sent out. Balcony was small but we made it work and the elevators were down a few times but that's all. I would absolutely stay here again. Loved so many things about this place.

Great Condo

Great condo. Stayed there with husband and teenager son. It is clean, very short walk to shopping and steps away from beach. Condo very well stocked with everything we needed and supplies. Highly recommend.

Perfect Stay!

This condo was perfect for our four person family. We have two small boys. The condo was large enough to accommodate us. It was very clean, quiet, and family friendly. We were able to walk or ride bicycles everywhere. The pools were nice and never crowded. The view was limited and the balcony was small, but this was my only complaint. I would highly recommend SeaCrest!

Slice of Paradise

We had a wonderful stay with our family over Christmas break! Your condo felt like we were home but at the beach! We loved the accessibility to a grocery store/restaurants/coffee shops and just a ride of the elevator to the beach!! Pool bar Jim's was an extra bonus to have on the property. Thanks for making our stay easy, comfortable and relaxing! We'll definitely be back soon!

Perfect Getaway

This was my first of many trips to Hilton Head. The condo was clean, welcoming, and very spacious. The location is key! Very easy access to the pool and beach. Across the street was everything we needed. There is a Piggly Wiggly for groceries, restaurants, and shops. I loved that we didn't have to get in the car to go anywhere. It was very nice having rental bikes dropped off to the condo's garage for beach bike rides. This will be a new tradition going once a year. It was so fun for a family trip, it would be amazing also as an adult getaway.
