You will find both bedrooms each have a private bathroom on the second level. The master suite offers a king bed, a bathroom with two granite vanities, and a walk-in shower with gorgeous tiling. Directly across from the Shipyard Racquet Club and Sonesta Resort, you won't have any problem filling your time. This villa is perfect for small families looking for a beach vacation!

Older property, but very well appointed and comfortable, too! Very close to beach, golf, great biking and walking paths.

We enjoyed our stay at this townhouse in Beachwalk. The home is very well appointed, especially the kitchen. Furniture is stylish and comfortable. The master bedroom mattress is very soft and we recommend replacement (as others have suggested). The location is great, close to beach. We liked Shipyard very much.
There is one step down to the living room. We placed a piece of pink duct tape on the step to warn us as there is no railing. All in all, a very nice property that we recommend.
