The ground level area features a swimming pool, a gas grill, a dining table, outdoor sofas, a ping pong table, a water volley net and parking area. Guests of this home have access to a private boardwalk that leads down to the beach.

The main level of the home consists of a spacious living area, a dining area, a kitchen, a powder room and two bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king size bed and private bath, as well as fantastic ocean views. The guest bedroom on this level also has a king size bed and private bath.

The second floor offers another living area (with queen sleeper sofa) with a wet bar and 5 bedrooms. Two bedrooms offer king size beds, private baths and ocean views. The three remaining bedrooms feature a King bed in one room, two queen size beds in the other and Two double beds in the third. Each bedroom has a private bath.

Both floors have large covered balconies with panoramic views of the ocean.
