This recently renovated, 3 bedroom, 3-bathroom villa boasts incredible views of Braddock Cove.  With granite kitchen countertops, hardwood floors, glassed-in Carolina room/screened porch, and updated furnishings and decorated in sunny colors, you will feel totally relaxed.  Each home is cedar built with sashed windows and wide-screened porches; reminiscent of Outer Banks or Cape Cod architecture.  Conveniently located for a quick walk to dining, shopping, marina activities, and boardwalks to the beach.

On the 1st floor of this duplex-style house, the living room opens to a dining area with seating for 6, and kitchen.  This living area access a large Carolina room/screened porch area and another dining table with seating for 4, which extends to a large sundeck with magnificent water views.  Also on this floor, is a bedroom with queen bedding and bathroom (also accessible from the hall).  On the 2nd floor there are 2 more bedrooms; the 1st has king bedding and views of Braddock Cove, while the 2nd bedroom on this level has twin beds and both have private baths.  Free wireless internet access. Free tennis at the South Beach Racquet Club. 3 tv's, 1 dvd player.

Since we had our three young adult children and 2 girl friends, the three bedrooms with separate bathrooms was perfect! Everyone felt relaxed and right at home immediately. The view and the short walk to the beach were big pluses as well. We were able to save a good deal on meals by cooking/grilling at the house instead of eating out all the time, so that was a positive too. We also loved being right on the tip of the island (lands end--appropriately named), which made for a nice quiet respite when we were "home" and away from the bustle of the tourist sections of the island.

Always enjoy Lands End. This property could use a little money spent on the fixtures. Dishwasher was painful to run, door and windows need replacing. T.V's very old. No radio/CD player in the living area. Not that we minded but one bedroom with no t.v. Bathroom holders falling off the wall. One lounger on the deck was held together with a 'make-shift' screw that kept falling out!!! However, the location is great. Loved that it had an outside shower.

The accomodations are lovely, well-kept and well-equipped. The location is wonderful with all of the amenities of HHI and Sea Pines but with the privacy and quiet of the Lands End community. With the beach a short walk away, the pool across the street, and Braddock's Cove on the other side of the house it is hard to imagine a more perfect location.

First time in lands end. Plan to return next year. Kids loved the pool and beach. Condo could upgrade tv's would be my only recommendation. Otherwise, everybody in the family really enjoyed the place.

The view from this unit is beautiful. Loved the wildlife. Unit is nice but needs beach towels and there is mold in the downtown stairs bedroom. Wonderful location.

This is our third year to stay in Land's End. This was my favorite house because of all the windows and the view of Braddock Cove. Furniture was comfortable and kitchen was well stocked.
