This fabulous 5 bedroom, 4.5 bath home with heated*  pool is just a quick 50 steps to one of the best beaches on Hilton Head Island.  A spacious great room encompassing the large chef's kitchen, dining room, and living room welcomes you upon entering.  Decorated in rich, lively colors and bold textures, the living room room leads to the deck and pool area with gas grill, enclosed by a privacy fence.  The large 11' x 25' pool is fully equipped with patio furniture and an outside umbrella table for al fresco dining or early morning coffee. On the opposite side of the great room from the dining area is a generous-sized master bedroom suite furnished with a king bed and en-suite bathroom.  Nearby is a half bath.

 

On the 2nd floor are 4 bedrooms; a 2nd master suite with king bed and private bath, 2 more large bedrooms, each with a queen bed, and 1 guest bedroom with 2 twin beds.  One of the queen rooms and the twin share a bath.  There is a small loft for children to watch TV or enjoy quiet time.  This super North Forest Beach vacation rental home also has access to a 2 car garage.  Conveniently located nearby are bike paths, shopping, beach activities and seasonal live nightly entertainment in popular Coligny Plaza.  Free wireless internet access. Free tennis at the Van der Meer Tennis Center in Shipyard Plantation. 6 tv's, 6 dvd players, 4 vcr's.

We loved the house. The pool area was great for all. Vacation Co. was very attentive when the outside lights by the pool were not working.They were fixed the next day. I liked that the pool company came at the beginning of the week and again mid-week and vacuumed the pool. Only thing I would recommend is a new ice maker - the one there does work all that well and a little larger TV in the twin bedroom. But overall the house is roomy and very close to the beach and we had a lot of fun!!

This was our first rental through the Vacation Company. The house was great. Very clean and had more space than expected. The only thing was that there were no beach chairs. Other than that, loved the house...

We recently stayed in this house (summer 2012) and found it to be one of the cleanest we've stayed at in Hilton Head. Decorating was very nice and the location was very close to the beach -- about 4 houses back. There were 4 adults and 3 young children with our party and the layout was nice (2 masters which were both nice, plus 3 other bedrooms and 2 other full baths). We all enjoyed the pool, and liked the fact that it was enclosed with fencing since we had 3 kids under 4 with us. The only drawback to this property was it's proximity to N. Forest Beach Dr, which meant we could hear cars in the morning and at nap time. Not a huge deal, but we would have preferred to be a few houses of the street. There are a few maintenance issues I let the Vacation Company know about, but nothing major. And, speaking of the Vacation Company, they are great to work with and always have the best customer service! Overall, it was a great house and I'd have no reservations recommending it.
