The Forest Beach stretch along the south end of Hilton Head runs between the back gate of Sea Pines Resort past Coligny Plaza and public beach, straight down to Shipyard’s Crowne Plaza Resort. Several miles long, this area is arguably the best situated for all your family’s needs. Like many of our villa communities, Forest Beach is centrally located to ride your bike or walk to just about every amenity you could ask for. Whether staying in Shorewood on the South Forest Beach side, or further down to SeaCrest and North Shore Place in the North Forest Beach section, you will love all the fun things to do on this one road.
Being located near Coligny Plaza, you can’t go wrong for convenience. Coligny Plaza is the oldest shopping center on Hilton Head and offers a cinema, clothing stores (including Chicos), souvenir shops, restaurants, taverns, the Piggly Wiggly grocery store, and seasonal outdoor live entertainment for both children and adults. Beachside fun offers live entertainment at the Tiki Hut at the Holiday Inn Express, as well as outdoor beach activities like volleyball, parasailing, and windsurfing… all within biking or walking distance of any one of our Forest Beach vacation rentals!
