We have personally hand selected all furnishings in this home for our own comfort as well as that of our guests.

The large master bedroom is outfitted with quality bedding and upgraded linens. Furnishings offer ample storage for clothing as well as a large closet with organizer. A personal vanity console with seating has been provided for your comfort and convenience. In the bathroom you will find such outstanding features as an extended granite countertop, large vanity with great storage, custom mirror, and a large walk in tiled shower. Enjoy your morning coffee on the tiled balcony overlooking the golf course while relaxing in the comfortable gliders. The large, bright kitchen with white cabinetry and granite countertops is well-equipped with all the dishes, glassware and utensils that you should expect in a home of this caliber.

Just steps away from Harbour Town with its famed lighthouse and marina, you will find shopping, restaurants, outdoor entertainment, as well as many water sport activities. Your dining experience can range from ice cream to exceptional dining and are all within walking distance. You can walk to your tee time at The Harbour Town Golf Links which is home of the RBC Heritaqge Golf Tournament each April. Also located within Sea Pines are the Ocean Course and Heron Pointe golf course. Across the street you will also find access to tennis courts and the community pool. Biking and walking trails abound throughout Sea Pines Plantation.

Take a trolley ride to the Sea Pines Beach Club to enjoy your beach activities. There you will find accessibility to a casual snack bar as well as fine dining at the Surfside Grille. My husband and I like this rental very much because it is furnished very comfortably, the balcony is pleasant for relaxing in the evening, and the bathroom is very up to date and has a nice large shower. The only complaint we would have is the landscapers early in the morning (7 a.m.) starting to cut grass and use the leaf blower--even with the windows and door shut you can hear the motors from the landscaping equipment.

This was our second stay~Two years in a row! While not on the beach which may be preferable to some, we love this unit and location as it's close to the pool, Harbour Town and an easy drive or bike ride to the beach club. The unit is decorated nicely and has all the comforts of home. Our adult son was able to join us for a couple of days of golf & commented that the sleeper sofa was even comfortable. We love riding the bike trails in Sea Pines and the golf is great. When having something mailed from home & extending our departure date serveral times, we found the service to be outstanding~Thanks to Lee ann.
