Beautifully decorated 3 bedroom - plus bonus room - 4.5 bathroom house with pool in famous Sea Pines Resort boasts an INCREDIBLE VIEW OF THE 15TH HOLE ON THE WORLD-RENOWNED HERITAGE GOLF COURSE. 1.5 miles to the beach or an easy stroll to Harbour Town Yach Basin with shops, dining, and seasonal live entertainment, this renovated home is ideal for a family gathering or group of golf-loving friends. From the entrance, you will notice a powder room to the left, and an extra room to the right with a daybed and twin trundle and adjoining bathroom. The foyer leads into a spacious kitchen and breakfast area, complete with new appliances. There is also a spacious family room with dining area off the kitchen and access to the large pool deck and garden area.

Upstairs is a large living area with doors leading to a deck overlooking the pool and garden and out to the golf course. Off this living room is a spacious master suite with king bed and adjoining master bathroom, while on the other side of the living area, you will find stairs leading to a third level with 2 more guest bedrooms and adjoining bathrooms; one has a queen bed and the other has twin beds. It was a perfect week. The house was very nice, if I was to build a house it would be exactly like it. It is set in a perfect area. We had so much fun in the pool and sitting watching the golfers on the 15th green. Great experience!!!

Overall we thought it was a great home in a great location. The home was clean, had good amenities and we loved the pool. Being able to bike ride to everything was a great plus as well.

We were very pleased with the home, the service and the cleanliness of the pool. Although we did have a few issues, such as, the garbage had not been removed from the previous tenants but when we called to mention it, someone was promptly dispatched to remedy the problem. Also we would have liked more towels and paper products to get us started. Otherwise, the home was a delight and I would rent there again, no question. Thanks you for a wonderful holiday.
