LOWCOUNTRY STYLING WITH AN OCEAN BREEZE.

Beautiful 5 bedroom, 4.5 bath Lowcountry design home with HEATED* pool, welcomes you into its LARGE OPEN FRONT PORCH WITH ROCKING CHAIRS. A generous great room on the main level includes a 50"" HD plasma screen tv, and opens to the dining room and kitchen with breakfast bar. Convenient to the kitchen is a half bath and laundry room, while leading off the dining area is a large pool and patio with grill. Also on this level is a spacious master bedroom furnished with a king bed and en-suite bathroom.

Upstairs are 3 more bedrooms. The 1st has king bedding with an en-suite bath, while the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have twin bedding and share a bath. Down the stairs and off the garage area, there is a private suite with queen bedding, a den with queen sleeper sofa, and a private bath. Only a stone's toss to the beach, this is a GREAT NORTH FOREST BEACH VACATION HOME rental for a large group. FREE wireless Internet access throughout.

Great house - great time!

Lovely home, very comfortable. Wonderful pool. Only complaints were tv didn't work in the front twin bedroom, ice maker didn't work in either refrigerator, the ceiling fan makes noise in the upstairs queen bedroom and the chain broke on the ceiling fan in the master bedroom. We will be back!!!

This was a last second getaway and couldn't have been better even if planned months ahead of time. We only had 4 adults and one infant, but the house is easily big enough for 10-12 people with two masters, two doubles, and a basement room great for kids. The first floor master was perfect for us, having a 3 month old with us. All the rooms were in great condition and spotless upon check-in. Huge kitchen/great room on entrance, all the necessities. Pool was fantastic and received direct sun from 11-2ish. Huge deck with BBQ grill. If the pool is not your thing, the beach was less than a 2 minute walk away. This house is in the perfect location, away from the busy hotel/resort area, one row off the beach but with perfect access, and super close to Coligny Circle. We would definitely recommend and hope to come again.

Our vacation @ 72 Dune was enjoyable. The inside living area of this house was good. We weren't crazy about the bedroom & den being in the garage. The 1st floor master was huge and very nice. The master upstairs was nice but had a small bathroom, the celing fan sounded like it was going to fall out of the ceiling. The kids loved the twin bedrooms upstairs that shared the bathroom. There was a big nice pool outside but the deck and stairs surrounding the pool could use some updating. The pool was very private which great but it was difficult to keep the leaves and berries out of the pool. The front porch and rockers was awesome we spend many nights out there listening to the ocean. All in all a great house for the money
