The condo was very nice and clean upon arrival. The sleeper sofa did have a spring popping out of the matress, but my daughter did not seem to notice it. Had an adult used it it would have been a problem. Other than that, the condo was fine.

What we loved most about the unit is the proximity to the beach. It's a pleasant and pretty stroll away. We also loved having miles of bike trails so close. I was concerned about bugs and did spray several times as a back-up plan, even although the unit is professionally sprayed. There were dead roaches inside at the front door and a dead palmetto bug also inside at the sliding door that leads to the balcony. For those accustomed to bugs, this perhaps wouldn't bother them. The frying pans had seen better days, but the other kitchen utensils were fine. The carpet in the dining room had several stains on it. But, overall the unit was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. The view from the balcony is of a lagoon which is very pretty. The grounds have lovely gardens and a swimming pool. You can park your car and walk to the beach, bike all over Palmetto Dunes, or hang out at the pool. We'd be happy to return and recommend the unit.

Overall, our visit was great due to the location of the Barrington Park unit, however, the unit itself was not well stocked(kitchen) and the whole place needs a deep cleaning. The shower had mildew and mold(The Vacation Company sent someone over to spray for this). We saw bugs throughout our stay. The Vacation Company personnel were very helpful and we also appreciate the bicycles.

We were quite satisfied with the condo and Vacation Company. The location is great for access to the beach, pool and riding bikes. Loved the beautiful Palmetto Dunes complex because it's close to restaurants and shopping. It was a great place to decompress after a few hectic years. Wish I was still there ...
