A romantic 1 bedroom, 2 baths Palmetto Dunes villa rental is 6304 Hampton Place. Gorgeously redecorated to include tile flooring and granite countertops, this place will win you over. WINDOWS OVERLOOK THE SWIMMING POOL, OCEAN, AND LANDSCAPED GROUNDS, while palmetto trees frame the sand dunes and manicured pathways. Spend your days on the beach, by the pool and outdoor spa,* and grill on the barbecue. You can relax while your kids swim in the children's pool, and never get in your car. However, if you do decide you need a little change of scenery, take the Palmetto Dunes Buggy** to Shelter Cove Marina and enjoy shopping, dining, water sports, and seasonal live entertainment. Updated and comfortable villa with great view

We were very pleased with our recent stay at 6304 Hampton Place. I traveled with my husband and my 1 year old daughter at the end of June/beginning of July. The villa was updated and cozy with nice furniture and appliances. I also liked how the living room area was carpeted, especially because my daughter is still crawling. The balcony had a view of the pool and ocean. One thing we enjoyed about the balcony was the shade, which made it more comfortable without the hot beaming sun on you. We enjoyed having a baby pool too for our little one and how the Hampton Place was directly on the beach. This particular villa was right near the elevator so that was convenient. Hampton Place was kept up well and overall a very nice condominium building. There are also dollies to help get your luggage and groceries to your unit. At the pool, there is a grill that you can also use too with shaded seating. We enjoyed staying at Palmetto Dunes for it was a great location on the island.

This was our first time to Hilton Head and it was amazing! We would not change one thing about out trip! Hampton Place, room 6304 was absolutely beautiful...it went way beyond our expectations. Everything was new and clean and the view was fantastic! Unless our family grows in the future, we will continue to try to book room 6304! To the owners...thank you for helping us make memories for our first family vacation with our 3 year old!

Excellent Location and Condo

The location was excellent and the condo perfect. Only complaint--condo was advertised with tennis privileges but the membership had lapsed. Vacation Company was able to provide tennis privileges after requested.
