SPACIOUS, INVITING, FAMILY-READY.

Spacious 5 bedroom, 5.5 bath beach house, 3rd row ocean with HEATED* pool and 2470 heated square feet. The main level greets you with a tile foyer and sunny view (through sliding glass doors) of the private pool and sun deck complete with your own grill. To the left is a VAST GREAT ROOM WITH 2 SEATING AREAS UPDATED WITH NEW FURNISHINGS - one side for tv-viewing, the other a conversation area with a game table that seats 4 -and a dining area that seats 8. This opens to a large kitchen with eat-in area that seats 6 and overlooks the pool.

Privacy is the key word when it comes to the bedrooms at 6 Laurel. On the 1st floor, straight across the foyer, is A MASTER SUITE WITH KING BEDDING, PRIVATE BATH, AND FRENCH DOORS THAT OPEN OUT TO THE POOL. A second bedroom also with king bedding and en suite bath opens to the right, while in between, a laundry room and half-bath gives easy access to the pool area. Up the staircase on the right of the foyer, there are 2 more bedrooms; 1 with 2 double beds and a private bath, and a 2nd furnished with 2 twins and a private bath.

On the opposite side of the great room, another separate staircase leads to a VERY PRIVATE OWNER'S SUITE that includes a bedroom with king bedding and a large seating area with sleeper sofa, a spacious master bath, and a small child's room with crib. Every bedroom in this lovely home is equipped with a tv, making this one of the more OUTSTANDING HILTON HEAD RENTALS we have to offer! FREE wireless Internet access throughout.

Great location! Very expensive to heat the pool.

This house was perfect for our group. Layout was nice, we enjoyed to great room to read, watch TV or play cards at the table and we could all be in the same room. I would definitely stay here again. The house does need more kitchenware, we had to wash dishes after every meal.

This made the second year we stayed at this house. We enjoyed it so much the first time we had to come back to make sure it wasn't a fluke. It wasn't!! Large rooms (kitchen got small at times, but fine, wear footies or socks while working in kitchen or you will freeze your feet off because of the location of the a/c vent), plenty of space to move around and gather for family time. Pool was wonderful and access to the beach was great. Plenty of parking for up to 6/7 cars. Tips: In the kitchen, the refrigerator is in bad shape. Rusty and shelves unstable. Washer and dryer were adequate, but when you have a family of 10/12 there for a week it seems like all you are doing is washing and drying items. We would suggest a larger/heavy duty pair.
