Dune's Perch - in a league of its own. 7 bedrooms, 7.5 baths with HEATED* pool and spa, this exciting new home takes full advantage of unobstructed views both up and down the beach and is one of the few homes CLOSEST TO THE ATLANTIC ON HILTON HEAD ISLAND. This executive beach house was built in 2004 with 5400 square feet and comes complete with OCEANFRONT POOL(15' x 30') and caters to those who know God's Equation. The entry level opens to a luxurious foyer with marble floors and direct views to the Atlantic. The spacious great room opens out to a gourmet kitchen, dining area, and media room with a 42" widescreen plasma tv and offers a variety of seating options to accommodate any activity; tv viewing, dolphin watching, or playing games with the family.

A CUSTOM-DESIGNED 2 1/2 STORY OCEAN ROTUNDA is the true centerpiece, complete with lounging chairs to enjoy the best views on the island. Off the great room, a fabulous master suite with king-sized bed, en-suite bath, 2-sided fireplace, and STUNNING OCEAN VIEWS will tempt you right out onto your private deck and down the stairs to the pool... before you even unpack. There are 2 additional large king bedrooms with private baths on the first floor (just in case you get in a fight over the remote control).

OCEANFRONT ELEGANCE defines the dining room with an oversized table with seating for up to 12, with additional seating for 5 around the kitchen's granite-top bar. The fully furnished kitchen has a 6-burner Dacor gas stove with double electric ovens, 2 dishwashers, and 2 refrigerators - Emeril might look small in here!

The 2nd floor is game night central. A GREAT ROOM FEATURING A GAMES TABLE, CHAISE LOUNGES, snack kitchen, and an entertainment center with a 50" flat-screen tv. Also on this floor are 2 additional master suites with king beds, private balconies, and en-suite baths. Two more bedrooms - each with 1 queen bed, 1 with twin, and private bath - will accommodate all the stragglers who wouldn't commit when you were making the reservations last year. There is also a PRIVATE MEDIA ROOM, AN ELEVATOR, and a laundry room. What else...of course - FREE wireless Internet access. No detail has been overlooked. With parking for 8 cars, Dune's Perch is a lifetime memory.

4th consequtive year on N Forest Beach and 4th Vacation Company poperty. Beautiful home, location, amenties, furnishings. Best equipped kitchen ever. Clean and comfortable. Of the four beatifully decorated bedrooms we occupied 2 were showing sighs of needing new mattresses but other 2 were fine. Beautiful clean beaches

We absolutely love 57 Dune Lane. It was a perfect house for my children and grandchildren. The swimming pool was especially nice for the younger grandchildren to play in, the depth and length perfect for children learning to swim. We loved the kitchen. Two refrigerators and two dishwashers are necessary when entertaining a large group. My adult daughters loved working in it, as well as myself. Clean-ups were a breeze with two dishwashers. Loved it! Loved the fact that each bedroom had its own bath. This was a lifesaver for me, a 64 yr. old, who just can't stand to use a teenagers bathroom. We have been vacationing as a family at Hilton Head for the past 12 years, and, as our family continued to grow larger in number, we continually looked for a larger beach house to rent. We have finally found the perfect rental!! Thank You.

We have stayed in this house three times, the house is big enough for our whole family.The pool and the beach are just perfect. Our kitchen and family area were the best for entertaining.

It was a great house, we always stay at a house on the ocean every year and this was our favorite. It was so close to the ocean and the house completely suited us. We had two small problems while we were here and when I callled (on Sunday one day) both times it was taken care of within an hour!
