if you DO decide to come inside after watching the moon rise, you will love the open living area; kitchen, dining, and living room, all laid out cool and comfortable (recent updates include re-upholstered living room furniture).  You won't want to leave this place even to go down to the beach.  Really.  You will be hard-pressed to find a reason to go back out and get in your car once you check in.  The master bedroom has king bedding, private en-suite bath, and jacuzzi tub.  The 2nd bedroom has queen bedding and private bath, while the 3rd bedroom has twin beds and also a private bathroom.

Our family vacation to Hilton Head started with much research. because our 3 kids range from 4yrs to 16yrs - I wanted to make sure there was something for everyone. The team at The Vacation Company was so helpful (and patient) in answering my lingering questions about the locale. Their process for managing rentals up front is perfectly streamlined - we arrived very late after a long drive with perfect directions, and key codes in hand so checking into our beautiful unit was a breeze - almost as if we were coming home! 508 Windsor was exactly as described!! Perfectly appointed, uber comfortable, immaculately clean and was spacious. But The views were breathtaking!! The property itself was very well maintained - pool was clean and heated :-) awesome grill area and smack on the beach! On our first morning - my husband was ready to lock in the very same rental for next year! It was literally our best family vacation ever and the memories will last a lifetime!! We can't wait to return to the Island and if 508 is open that would be our choice!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I will request 508 Windsor Place the next time we're coming to Hilton Head. Only negative was that the master shower did not work.

I have stayed in this vacation rental twice (so far) because I love it. The location is perfect and the condo is very spacious and well appointed. It is on the top floor at the end of a hallway so there is no noise from neighbors. I really like the many windows overlooking the ocean. When you enter the unit it is almost like a panoramic view of the ocean. I especially like that each bedroom has a view of the ocean too. The only fault to this unit is that the master bedroom does not have a closet for hanging clothes. Otherwise it is perfect and I would recommend it to anyone visiting HHI.

508 Windsor Place is the place to stay while in HHI. The 3 bedroom, oceanfront, penthouse unit is spectacular. My husband & I spent 2 weeks here in Sept with our 4 month old baby & extended family. This was our 2nd time renting this particular unit & we wouldn't rent anywhere else. The unobstructed views of the ocean are to die for and the owners of this unit make their place very inviting. Proximity to the beach is essential with children & the 2 balconies (1 being screened in) was such a wonderful bonus for anyone who was "stuck indoors" while the baby was napping or in the evening when the mosquitos were biting. The decor of the unit is wonderful - all the furniture is well kept and the kitchen is fully stocked with all the pots/pans/dishes one would ever need. Check in was very convenient - the key code was mailed to us in advance. No need to stop at the rental office for check in or check out. We had a garbage disposal backup during our stay and the maintanance crew was very prompt and efficient. If I had one complaint, it would be the cleanliness of the unit. The harwood floors were dirty - our socks were black on day #1. The silverware drawers and cabinets were full of crumbs. There were candy wrappers left under several beds as well as the family room couch from previous renters. I spent the day of arrival cleaning, something I would prefer not to do. I did not call to complain, so perhaps that's my fault. Already planning a 2 week stay here next fall. I highly recommend staying here - you will not be disappointed.

We enjoyed staying at 508 Windsor Place, The condo was beautiful. The views were gorgeous! We would definitely stay there again!
