GORGEOUS! THAT'S IT... GORGEOUS!

Gorgeous 5 bedroom, 4.5 bath home with private HEATED pool,* located in Palmetto Dunes Plantation has just been TOTALLY RENOVATED with all new tile floor, new carpet throughout, new furnishings and bedding, as well as a completely updated kitchen, and of course, FREE wireless Internet access! Decorated in British Colonial style, this SENSATIONAL house offers the ultimate in privacy and relaxation.

The first level boasts a spacious living room with flat-screen tv and a dining room that seats 10. An eating bar with additional seating separates the dining room from the kitchen while keeping the rooms open and airy. From the living room you can access the deck - perfect for hosting barbecues - and there are steps leading down to the private pool area. The first master suite with king bed and adjoining bath suite with JACUZZI TUB and separate walk-in shower are also on this level. A 1/2 bath off the kitchen and dining area, and a laundry room completes the first floor.

The check-in process was very easy. Everything was mailed to us prior to our arrival. During any calls, all questions were answered. We did ask about the walk to the beach and I was under the impression the walk was much shorter than indicated. It would have been helpful to know about the Dune Buggy shuttle in advance. Otherwise, we were provided with a fair amount of information. Check-out was also very easy. We had stayed in a vacation home two years ago and were required to clean the house upon departure. That took the night before. We were grateful that the cleaning was included in the fee. The home was large and very clean ...definitely large enough for all of us to have our own space. The swimming pool was a nice feature. We loved the location and the area was beautiful.

The house was absolutely perfect for our extended family in town to celebrate the marriage of our nephew/cousin. Tastefully decorated and extremely comfortable, the house made an immediate favorable impression on us. Seeing deer in the backyard was an extra bonus!! The mail-in check in was extremely helpful and organized. What a pleasant experience this was!
