Only complaints: glass sliders would not side children always had to have assistance and the number of large bugs I killed was outrageous. Clean and oil tracks and have house sprayed more often for bugs and we will rent again next year. Thank you

Disappointing

The house is at least 7 lots from the shore. The pool lining needs a scrubbing and the pool filtration a back wash. The chlorine shock applied on our second to last day provided minimal improvement of the film clusters and cloudiness of the water. The path adjacent to the property is used by neighboring houses as a cut through to the walkway to the ocean and proved to be a constant annoyance and disregard for any privacy afforded. As such, there is nothing private about the back yard. Also botrhersome is the house is located on a main road and constant traffic is heard 24 x 7. and not conducive to restful sleep in the Master bedroom. This was my first negative review of an accommodation offered trough The Vacation Company. An inspection of the property prior to new guests arriving is not alot to ask for, nor is a phone call to your answering service on a weekend. The indignant response of the operator reminding us that you were closed was not very client focused.
