CHARMING, SPACIOUS... A 2ND ROW TREAT

A real treat! This elevated 2nd row beach home with 4 bedrooms, 4 baths and a HEATED* pool with hot tub will not disappoint. SPACIOUS LIVING AREAS WELCOME YOU on the main level, one off the entryway with a large flat-screen tv, the other off the kitchen, with a flat-screen tv, pool table, wet bar, and plenty of seating for movie/game night. Between the 2 large living rooms a kitchen and breakfast area overlook the SWIMMING POOL AREA WITH FREE-STANDING HOT TUB just a few steps down from a wraparound deck with table, chairs, and barstools. To the rear of the kitchen is a bathroom with shower, as well as a washer/dryer set. On the 2nd level off a back stairway by the kitchen you will find a master bedroom with king bedding and private bath.

Back at the entryway and to the left, you will find a large dining room with seating for 8 and to your right another master bedroom with king bedding and bathroom. The stairway by the dining room leads you to 2 more bedrooms, one with with a queen bed and one with twin beds, both share a hall bathroom. A GREAT BEACH VACATION HOME rental for 2 families or for a young couples' retreat. FREE wireless Internet access.

Relaxing, sitting by the pool

I greatly enjoyed the house. I stayed in the upstairs with the two bedrooms and bathroom, and that was perfect for my family. My in-laws loved the downstairs king size bedroom. Loved sitting by the pool every day.
