Balconies off of both bedrooms will keep you in your robes an extra hour with your coffee each morning. A little disappointed

While we love the Palmetto Dunes area of Hilton Head, we were disappointed overall with Windsor Court North and condo 4501. The complex advertises a heated pool and hot tub which was the main reason we paid extra to stay here with 2 children 6 and 8. Upon arrival We were disapointed to find the pool to be freezing cold and the hot tub under construction. The pool was so cold the kids could not even stay in more than 5 minutes. We called management and they said they would turn the heater on but never did for the rest of our stay. The condo itself was average/Some of the blinds were broke and the water pressure was very low. Unit needs a bit of an upgrade. You can't beat Palmetto Dunes but for the money we paid it was a disappointment.

My sister and I found 4501 to be delightfully comfortable and clean. It was also very peaceful. The kitchen was well equipped as was the rest of the condo. The faucets could use some updating, but they were fine... All in all a very good selection. The pool and the grounds were well kept, except that the hot tub was not in operation. Great location, especially if you love to walk the beach! Even though the view was partially obstructed, it was a delight to sit out on the decks.

We had a a great time at this condo. The floors and furnishings are brand new. The condo was spacious and clean. We had a great time in this unit and will visit again!

Relaxing Retreat

I traveled to Hilton Head with my husband and two daughters, aged 14 and 20. We had a terrific stay at 4501 Windsor Court. We enjoyed the ocean views from this top floor condo and appreciated the proximity to the beautiful beach. The unit was nicely appointed and comfortable. The kitchen was a bit outdated and needed some attention, but it did not detract from the enjoyment of our stay. Despite the busy 4th of July week, we heard no noise from neighbors and there was plenty of room to spread out on this end of Palmetto Dunes.

Overall they stay was great. Spacious condo, newer furnishings, nice view. Negatives: poor water pressure in kitchen, water leaked from refrigerator onto kithen floor, not enough glasses, some housekeeping issues (candy wrappers, living room not vacuumed well, clothing tags in master dresser drawers. Overall a very nice vacation.
