We enjoy the location. Being able to ride our bikes to most of the places we went was a convenient way of traveling around Hilton Head.

Perfect location and accomidations for a family with small kids.

This vacation rental was a perfect location to beach, shopping, dining, pool, etc. We could not have been more pleased with the accomidations - clean, comfortable and well maintained. We would visit 404 North Shore again.

We loved the condo and the location on Hilton Head. It was very clean with nice televisions and has a great little pool and hottub. One suggestion is to put some type of screens in the soffit to prevent so many birds and their droppings near the pool. Also, this condo could use more comfortable pillows. We loved the king size bed in the master bedroom. Overall, we thought this condo was a great value and enjoyed our stay very much! We will be staying in the same condo for a week in July.

The condo was lovely and well maintained. Easy access to beach and shopping. Very disappointed in the security of the building. Many young unsupervised tenants. Shaving cream battle reminents in elevators, beer cans strewn throughout parking garage, alcohol in pool area daily, vehicles covered in chewing tobacco spit from floors above and guests bringing in other large groups of late teen early 20s "friends" to enjoy the amenities we paid pretty good money for. Felt like spring break instead of family vacation. Very disappointed in the atmosphere. Filled out a card and returned with key. Never contacted by management for follow up. That was even more disappointing.
