Great house and location but could use updating

This house on the lake is almost perfect. It is a short distance to the beach and has a great view. The pool is shared by only 7 houses so it was never crowded. Most of the time we had it to ourselves. All types of birds, alligators, and other wildlife are available to view from the second story deck. The only thing needed is an update to the interior. I would recommend new updated paint colors and the removal of most of the dated wall decorations. These simple changes would cost very little and would go a long way to improving this property.

We had a great stay at this condo. The split level provided lots of space and privacy. I especially enjoyed the deck overlooking the pond with all the wildlife.
