Completely renovated, with all new furnishings, paint, wood floors, carpet, bedding, granite countertops, and upgraded appliances. New features include large HD tv's in both the living room and master bedroom. MASTER BATH RECENTLY RENOVATED TO GIVE YOU THE FEEL OF A SPA WITH A DELUXE 2-PERSON SHOWER. Amazing condo!

This is a first class condo with the nicest amenities! Granite everywhere. Newly updated bathrooms with shower heads & jets galore! We didn't want for a single thing! There was a very small issue with the clothes dryer that didn't impair it's functionality, so we called to report it as a courtesy. A repairman was there that day (within a couple of hours!).

Very nice place, awesome location. Right close to beach, right over a pool. And right across from shops and resturaunts at Coligny. Very nicely decorated. Well done.

The condo was beautifully decorated, well-equipped and perfectly located! We had a wonderful stay in this condo. The only negative thing about the condo is the lumpy mattress in the master bedroom.

Two fantastic weeks at the Seacrest!

Our ninth year at Hilton Head and eighth year at Seacrest. Villa was fantastic and weather was perfect for us this year - between 70 and 75 degrees! We enjoyed our stay completely! Absulutely wonderful!

3101 Sea Crest offered everything we wanted -- oceanfront, close to the pool and within walking distance to shops, restaurants and clubs. The villa is tastefully done with a terrific master suite, although all of the bedrooms offer privacy and separate baths. The Vacation Company was very accommodating and earned our loyalty when planning future trips to Hilton Head Island. We already have recommended this property and TVC to friends.
