SHOREWOOD REDUX!

Recently renovated 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom Shorewood villa was updated with new granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and tile flooring throughout. GORGEOUS! Everything is brand new – furniture, bedding, appliances - all top of the line, including 2 master suites (1 upstairs, 1 down), each with a new bathroom and all new fixtures. A spiral staircase leads you to the second floor where a large room has been tastefully divided into 2 bedrooms by a swatch of curtain and shelving. A queen size bed is on one side and the other side has 2 twin beds, and they both have their own tv's. A full bathroom is shared en-suite. Very comfortable and close to the beach. We had a very relaxing time. Very close to shopping and restuarants.

This was our second year to stay in this condo. It has an ideal layout for sharing with others since each bedroom has its own bath. There is ample seating in the den and kitchen and has two outdoor decks; one which offers a view of the ocean. All of the furnishings and appliances are top of the line with the exception of the main television. Shorewood Villas offers a lovely zero entry pool, baby pool, hot tub and well maintained grounds perfectly located near Coligny Plaza.

This condo is classy, convenient, well-equipped and very comfortable. We really liked the codes for entry, and the fact that everything was sent to us in advance!
