This villa had a beautiful new kitchen installed with granite countertops and all new stainless steel appliances. Decorated in cheery yellow tones, you'll love the view from the bedroom and living room. The master bedroom has a king bed, while the living room has a queen sleeper sofa. The location is great; condo was perfect for us; pool; hot tub; beach; golfing; bicycling; restaurants; and other activities and conveniences. Have already made reservations to return with family members.

Great Unit

I was worried about this unit being on the second floor but it had beautiful views. We enjoyed our breakfast on the patio each morning. How the unit is located in the building you don't have the hot July sun. Was very comfortable and felt like home. Bed was great. .

Great Unit Near the Ocean

The condo was clean and very close to the ocean with plenty of parking. The furnishings were new and modern, large bathroom, washer-dryer in the unit was very nice. Balcony also in good location overlooking pool.

Very nice ocean front condo with great views of lagoon and pool. Updated condo with nice furniture and flat screen TVs, new kitchen update with granite tops & stainless appliances. Carpets needed to be cleaned, which is a easy fix, other than that, the unit was very nice. Would rent again and recommend to my friends.

Ok...but there were problems

The condo was well appointed and the view was very nice. Sadly, upon our arrival the master bath had not been cleaned well and the soap from the previous occupants was in the soap dish. We were forced to reclean the bathroom. Shortly thereafter we found that the air conditioner was not working. The rental company sent a repairman and it was fine the remainder of the 2 weeks. The next morning we found out that the pool would be out of comission during our stay and that the repairs to the pool, as well as the repaving of the driveway out front would be very, very noisy. The rental company did offer us the chance to go to another pool in the area. We primarily went to the beach. At the beginning of our 2nd week the dryer broke down and was out for 2 days while a belt was orderd because " the dryer is over 20 years old." The balcony could not be used during the day, because of the noise @ the pool. It is my opinion that the owner was notified about the pool repairs and did have a responsibility to notify us. That did not occur. Overall we had a nice vacation but there were some problems, and those problems will keep us from renting this property again.
