Family Friendly Home

The separate family room was a great benefit with small children watching a movie for breaktime from the sun. The adults could watch golf or just have quiet time.

We were pleased that 20 Egret had been redecorated and the addition of rugs and more comfortable furniture added to the enjoyment of the home! This is the second year that we have rented this home and it a great house for a large family! We had nine adults and five children and we were very comfortable in all the bedrooms. Vacation Company is a very good rental company and they are on top of making your vacation the best! The location of 20 Egret is very convenient to the beach and shopping. The large garage makes it easy to park additional cars, bikes, and beach chairs. The pool deck has an area with a table and chairs that is out of the sun which is a nice addition. We did have several items which we noted needed repair. The hinge on the oven door does not work properly and because of this the oven will not get to the proper temperature as it leaks heat. We propped a chair against it to keep it shut. The vent fan on the cook top does not work and so all the heat coming off the burners is not vented out. Also, the seal on the refrigerator door needs replacing and has been mended with duct tape.

This house is fabulous. It was very accomodating for our family. We loved the large kitchen for meals together. The living area was great. The bedroom situations was perfect for our family. I loved having 5 king size beds, I wanted everyone to be comfortable. The pool was so much fun. And best of all was the location. Being so close to the beach and Coligny Plaza was what we were looking for when we booked this house. I would highly recommend this house to everyone I know.
