Quite an experience

When we first arrived, there was two piggly wiggly carts in the backyard, which i dont think the owner would have approved of. The decor in the house was beautiful and very clean,the only thing wrong about the inside was a broken stool at the bar and most of the door knobs didnt work right. My son also took out bottle caps out of the garbage disposal before we could use it. On the outside we picked up beer bottles, glass in the drive way and flower beds. The fence was broke and the pillar caps just lifted off. And as you know we were the ones to break down the bedroom door because my grandkids were trapped inside. On the balcony there was this real nice table but only one chair and it was broke. All and all i guess it our experience was okay. I just think when you pay that amount of money you expect things to be really nice. Most were cosemetic and didnt effect our trip. We really love Hilton Head, its our favorite place to vacation. We were really close to shops and the beach, which was great.

The house was very comfortable and the location was great. For the most part, the house was very clean. However, when we arrived on Saturday at 4PM, the pool was very dirty. We called your office to request that the pool company stop by. They did not, however, someone from your office stopped by that evening to view the pool and promised that the pool company would arrive the next morning. I did have to call your office again the next morning to request that the pool be cleaned. I believe I spoke with Tiffany and, regretfully, she was a bit testy at first and indicated that the pool had been cleaned the previous day. I explained that it had not and she promptly did get the pool company out to the house that morning. So, I guess my suggestion would be to follow-up on that with your pool company. Just one other suggestion -- with a house that big and so many guests, could your cleaning company leave more than one dish towel? All in all, we had a wonderful time and would definitely come back to the same house. Your staff was pleasant and professional.

House was beautiful. minutes walk to coligny plaza. across street walk to beach. everything we needed within walking distance. We paid to have pool heated and pool got to hot. staff was there within 15 min to decrease thermostat and put cool water in pool so kids could use it. Overall great experience. would love to go back to same house in the future
