The Vacation Company did a spectatcular job finding our rental and location. The Condo we rented we nice, located in an area perfect for Parents w/children. The only problems that I found. Our unit, the microwave viewing screen is broken, the washer/dryer(way to small) compared to other units we looked at in the same complex, carpet was dirty and most of all, the sliding door to the porch, did not slide, it squealed and basically we had to drag the door shut alerting all of our neighbors that we were either just out on our patio or heading back in. Bluff Villas as a rental area is very nice. We will be renting again and will use the Vacation Company as well.

Great place to stay; would definitely stay again.

We loved the villa and the location. The only negatives were the fans in both bathrooms. They were so loud. The master bedroom also had a ducktaped towel rack. It was silver. White would have looked better. This was all that bothered us. Everything else was fantastic!

Everything was great in the villa other than the hot water issue but it was promptly fixed the same day I called. Excellent service and we appreciate it. Just one thing I noticed on the stove the back left burner seemed to be not working. I did not cook much so if was fine with me but I wanted you to be aware of it. The view was very nice and we loved the closeness to South Beach and we enjoyed playing tennis. Everything was great!! We stayed in the same complex last year for Thanksgiving but in another villa.

Beautiful view and excellent location. Short, easy walk to beach, tennis, shops and dining. Master bath small. Kitchen small too but we didn't really use it except for the frig. Nice unit. Good value.
