THE TOPS!!!

This 3 bedroom, 3 bath vacation townhouse comes with a spectacular fairway view. Completely renovated bathrooms and new furnishings... THE TOPS!!! On the 1st floor you will find the living room (equipped with brand new 37” HDTV with HD box, a dvd player, and an Ipod stereo system), dining room, kitchen, and breakfast area. The master suite with king bed, flat-screen tv, dvd player, and private bath is also on this level. Upstairs, are 2 guest bedrooms (both with flat-screen tvs); the 1st has twin beds (which can be made into a king upon request) and a private bath, while the 2nd also has twin beds and access to an adjacent hall bathroom. A private deck outfitted with a GAS GRILL overlooks the golf course.

We love the condo. We have been at HHI for years, but 178 The Greens is a great place. we love the condo set up, the condition of the place and we love to sit on the deck!!! Also we love the proximity of the condo to all the things we like to do- beach, resort and tennis

We love Hilton Head and Shipyard Plantation

We love this condo. A couple of things to fix are 1) clean the carpet, 2) fix garbage can area. We had raccoons several nights because of broken boards and a nice hole. Otherwise, all is good! We'll be back for 2 weeks next year.

Excellent Villa

We really enjoyed our stay here. The villa was beautiful and had extras such as a wine cooler, granite counter tops, etc. Short walk to pool, just a bit longer to pool. But, the service was excellent! We called The Vacation Company on a Saturday evening about an empty gas grill canister. They sent out a service person on a Sunday morning... who does that? I will rent with them often.

178 The Greens is a very well appointed villa. The villa suits our family of six with very comfortable beds, bathrooms, and eating areas, including the wrap around deck and grill area. I would like to recommend a new vacumn cleaner as the one in the villa does not work well and also, the area outside for garbage could use some better garbage cans to help keep out the racoons. The racoons can open the garbage cans even with the lids on tight and scatter the garbage all over which then invites the cockroaches! Some sandchairs would be a nice addition. Otherwise everything else was awesome. I would like to thank The Vacation Company for responding to my request for a propane tank for the grill. I called in the morning and I had a filled propane tank within a couple hours. Thank you.

Have been coming to Hilton Head this time of the year for years!

Enjoyed the stay. Based on our current family size, the condo is just right. We are thinking that we will have to go to a larger place as the family grows. Still thinking that somehow there must be a way to get better prices for golfing at the Shipyard course!
