The beautiful house is showing it's age. There are places in the sofas that are threadbare and faded. You can tell it has been "lived in" a lot but it is still beautiful and the location is great. The one problem we had was with the bicycles. It became a nightmare. How hard is it to get bikes(previously ordered) to a house before 8:00. We always ride bikes to eat especially the first night but they messed the order up so badly and the "phone people" were so rude and uncaring, I will, on my own, never rent bikes from them again. A young "delivery" man, I believe his name was Cliff stepped in and did the right thing-got involved and brought us bikes--it was 8:00 p.m. at this time and we had started calling around 4:30. Awful customer service on the phone. Workers were nice, wouldn't even take a tip because of the mess.
