The location was great. It could use a little updating, but overall it was a great vacation.

More than Expected

The house is obviously lovely, as you can see in the photos. What made it nicer for us was the full kitchen. We are foodies, and we cooked in the house every night. There were tons more utensils, pots, etc etc than we expected which made it a little easier to have great meals with our friends. Good WiFi connection that allowed several of us to be using devices at once - iPads, laptops, etc. The only negative: We were in the downstairs king bedroom and you can hear the footsteps of the upstairs king bedroom. If you are a light sleeper, stay upstairs.

Appreciated the shower in the lower level to get the sand off before going in the house. We truly loved the porch and the paddle fan, this is one of the rare places where it is comfortable to sit out in the morning and evening

This year was wonderful. I love my yearly vacation in Hilton Head,but this year was perfect. I think it was the best weather-it is just not long enough.
