A large great room/dining room combination, with vaulted ceilings, fireplace, and comfortable furnishings welcomes you on the 2nd floor of this INCREDIBLE FAMILY-FRIENDLY VACATION HOME. Also on the main level, a half bath leads to a breakfast room, kitchen, and 2 bedrooms - 1 with a king bed, the other twin beds - that share a full bath. The kitchen opens up to the breakfast area and leads out to a large, furnished deck and swimming pool. The upstairs is a spacious master suite with private sitting area, large bath with soaking tub, and king bed. Relaxing Family Vacation

The house was very comfortabl and the perfect size for our group (2 couples & 3 children). The beach access was an easy walk with the access walkway directly across the street. The Palmetto Dunes area had a family atmosphere and was very shady, and the pool was always shaded- which was a bonus during the very hot august weather. If I had to give one negative, the pull out sleeper was in an unusable area but Overall a great rental property.

House was fantastic. It fit our needs perfectly - pool, bedrooms for all, short walk to the beach! Quiet neighborhood with uncrowded beach.

The overall experience was very good , however , the spa jets adjacent to the pool did not work and looked like they had not for some time. Appeared broken and unuseable. I phoned on Sunday and Service was supposed to fix it next day. No one came. I went to head office on Tuesday and they called to have it serviced that day. No one showed. Needless to say when I left the resort a week later no one had still showed up to fix the problem. This may seem petty but I rented this home because of the pool and spa. I was quite disappointed. Other than that it was a very nice place to stay and enjoy the islands many ammenities.

We spent a very relaxing and stress free week at this wonderful home. It was just what we needed after being on the road for three months. This was a last minute stay and the management team were just wonderful and took great care of us - thank you. The beach is a short 2 min walk away which was just perfect. A great heated pool/spa just outside our door step. Wonderful peaceful setting with a lagoon behind the house. Watched nature from the back deck which included an aligator swimming in the lagoon. The house was very spacious and clean. Had only one slight problem but the management team sent someone over the same day. It was one of the best weeks we spent on our travel. Between the beach, pool/spa and lovely peaceful house want more could you want.
