Perfect condo for a family of 4

This is our second year at 1665 Bluff Villas. My husband's sister, her daughter and grandsons stay in a home at Lands End. So we have the best of both worlds. Our condo is a great value and is just footsteps from the beach and from our family. We are not in the condo that much-mostly to sleep and to change our clothes between activities. It's clean and well maintained. We will definitely stay there again.

We were traveling on a relative budget with three kids therefore were not able to grab a "Room with an ocean view" property. However, the location to the South Beach Marina was a very acceptable trade-off as we were able to easily walk to the pool, marina, tennis courts, etc. The property layout was comfortable in that the rooms were set to the side, leaving the main room accessible. There was more than enough closet space. Also, I very much like the walk-in shower that existed in the master bedroom suite. This gave more room to stand in the shower. The only "minor" complaint was that we wanted to leave the bathroom light on at night as we have a 3yr old and 5yr old. The bathrooms both have two switches. Each operates a different light within the bathroom however they also both have fans associated with them. Therefore, in order to have the light on for the kids we had to have the fans running. I later alleviated this by moving a lamp into the bathroom and just plugging into an open socket but this made the counter a bit congested.

We rented this villa to celebrate our daughter's 12th birthday with a few of her friends. From the moment we arrived, we knew it would be a great experience! The villa was equipped with everything that we needed. There was plenty of room to eat and sleep. And having tv's in every room was great. The location of the villa was perfect! We walked to the shops every night where there was live music and great food. The atmosphere was a true getaway. We spent 2 days at the beach and the pool in the evenings. It was truly the best birthday ever.

This condo was nice and in a great location. It is next to the salty dog and close to the pathway to the beach. The place was clean and for my wife to say that it is clean means a lot, she is a neat freak. The pool was nice and not a lot of people used it so most of the time we where there with maybe one other family. We went to the beach by the condo but prefered the beach at the club because the waves are bigger and there are bathrooms. The are is great, the onle bad part is that everything is hard to find even with gps. If you have never been to HH the buildings are all hidden behind trees acording to code so you have to look for small signs even for placesa like the Wal-mart. We plan to go to HH every year and will most always stay down in see pines. Maybe in this exact condo if we can.
