LOVELY TOWNHOUSE - SOUTH BEACH AS IT WAS MEANT TO BE ENJOYED.

This townhouse-style 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom South Beach villa with boardwalk and backyard pier, OVERLOOKS THE BEAUTIFUL NATUAL MARSH AND TIDAL CREEK OF BRADDOCK COVE. Located near the ocean, South Beach shops, restaurants, water activities, and seasonal live entertainment, you will know you did everything right to get here. On the 1st floor is the kitchen, dining room, half bath, and living room, which opens up to an outdoor patio and that gorgeous view of the water.

On the 2nd floor is one master suite furnished with a king bed and bathroom en-suite and a guest bedroom with twin beds. Upstairs is the 2nd master suite with king bed and a hall bath which is shared with the 4th bedroom also furnished with twin beds. BOTH MASTER SUITES LOOK OVER BRADDOCK COVE. We have looked at other Villa's and keep coming back to 1624! Location, Location, Location! It has it all, short walk to the beach, fishing out the back door, quiet and great accommodations!
