This lovely 2 story OCEANFRONT home with private *HEATED pool is within walking distance to the popular South Beach Marina Village where you will find the Salty Dog Cafe, Land's End Tavern, seasonal live entertainment, and a choice of water sports. It is also a glorious scenic bike ride to the famous Harbour Town Yacht Basin.

On the first floor, you will find a bedroom, bathroom, family room, and laundry room. While on the second floor are the remaining three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, dining room, and kitchen. UNBELIEVABLE OCEAN VIEWS from the second floor of the house are breathtaking! Also on this level there are a brand new deck and screened porch. Stayed 2 weeks and had a great time. House is comfortable and perfectly situated within Sea Pines. The Vacation Company was responsive and accomodating. My only criticism is that the living room furniture is worn, and was dirty

House was clean, we didn't have to wait to get in. Ran out of propane, called Vacation company, and they replaced tank (and left extra as well) sooo quickly. Great service - very much appreciated. Thank you. We would like to do a 2 week stay next year.
