They washed the carpet the day we arrived and it was damp for 3-4 days. If you walked with socks on, they got very wet. We tried to use a fan to dry it, but the fan did not work. Halfway through our stay, carpet cleaners showed up and wanted to clean the carpeting again. Someone showed up to fix the handle on the washer or dryer. We had not used them so did not know they were broken. He replaced the handle on the washer. Later when I used the dryer, the handle fell off. It was a great location and we enjoyed our stay, but the condition of the unit was probably average to sightly below average.

There were a few things that need improvement; the door stopper was broken, we were unable to get the DVD or CD players to work, we had no advance notification about aqua being closed and of course the poolside bar and grill was closed as well. As we have stayed at Seacrest before we really enjoy the location centrally located, did see some wonderful wildlife, dolphins, anahinga, egrets, herons, of course pelicans and other shore birds, alligators and turtles. The biking trails and beach are always great. Did not understand why they were cable locking the "spa"(hot tub) every night The actual unit, and information from your company were excellent and timely as usual. Much appreciated. Thank you.
