Very enjoyable, relaxing and fun!

This condo was absolutely perfect for us with our family of 4 adults and 4 teenagers we had 4 bedrooms/4 bathrooms. It was very clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated and very spacious for us. This condo had all the comforts of home including a great kitchen that allowed us to prepare meals on the gas grill that was there. We enjoyed the beautiful sunsets, watching the dolphins in the water and deers in the yard in the early morning while drinking our coffee - all of this view off the main deck of our condo. We also enjoyed the walks on the beach and walks to the South Beach Marina to listen to music in the evenings. Restuarants we ate were all great - highly recommend Stellini, Kurama(you must ask for Bob to cook for you!), Crazy Crab, Marleys Island Grille and of course either Salty Dog (The Wreck of Salty Dog less crowded, same menu and both located in South Beach Marina). We went to Live Oac and they taught our kids how to water ski,along with we did water tubing - it was great 2 hours experience for our teens. Went horseback ridding at Lawton Stables - great trial ride. Jet Skiing in the Marina and a boat trip to Savannah for a day leaving from Harbor Town. The weather was sunny and not too humid at all. It rained a little only one day while we were eating lunch and a storm came by one evening while we slept. The Vacation Company, we needed to call them on our first day for a couple of questions and they responded immediately. Enjoyed coupons that came with our package from the Vacation Company - took advantage of a few - loved just renting from Keen's Beach Rental, beach chairs, umbrella, cart and oh yes requested beach toys for teenagers to build a sand castle. The girls flew in and the guys drove in so the girls enjoyed going to Simple Pampered Hand and Foot Spa on our first day before the condo was ready for us - you have to try the Ultimate Pedicure - all I can say was what a way to start a vacation. Great memories from June 11th-18th 2011!

This condominium is like staying at a great home. They have everything you would want for your stay. The condo is very well taken care of. Every year the owners have updated something. The bedrooms are separated throughout the 3 floors. The main living floor includes a large TV area, eating area, kitchen, bath, and a bedroom that is incredibly quiet. The views are incredible and very close to the beach and to South Beach Marina (but without the SB noise). Since we have found this condo, we return every year.

We thought the condo was very nice and the view was fabulous. Everything was very comfortable. We could not have planned or asked for a better vacation. The condo was so convenient to the pool, the beach and shops and restaurants at the marina, which made this a very easy vacation with small children. Thank you!

Great villa for extended families!!

We rented this multi-level villa in august of 2010 for the 2 of us (Grandma and Poppa!), 2 kids and their spouses, and 3 grandchildren. We took the lower level as we are early risers and enjoyed coffee either at the beach or on the patio. . .plus we didn't disturb anyone else with the wonderful bedroom separation. The decor is tasteful - beachy and comfortable without being pretentious. The grandkids loved the wall-mounted TV in the great room as they could play, eat, and watch TV all at once. We were a bit leery of the open-backed, painted steps with a 3 year old and 2 rambunctious 8 year olds but we sat them down upon arrival and laid down the law, crafting our own Beach House Rules, which included using care on the stairs. We had perfect compliance and no accidents. The location is wonderful and of course, those fabulous Calibogue sunsets are free! The owners offer great communication and are thoughtful, caring, and truly interested in their guests' comfort and well-being. We have been renting in the South Beach area for 15 years as we love it there but we've had to change locations periodlically as our family grew. We've re-booked this villa for next summer and think it will be our summer getaway for many years to come.
