Working with the Vacation Company was Great

Tiffany and the rest of the ladies we wrked with at the Vacation Company were very friendly and accomodating...recommend using their services, a we will again in the future. As for 1404 Villamare, the location was great and convenient. The unit was dated a little, but the layout and space worked well for our family with two young boys. Great value for being on the beach.

Villamare Rental was fantastic. On the beach, Palmetto Dunes is a great location in the middle of Hilton Head. Great pool. Our unit was very nicely decorated. Totally relaxing week.

We really enjoyed our stay at Villamare. The unit was nicely furnished and modern. My only complaint was that the matress pad and bottom sheet immediately came off when we went to bed. Obviously it needed deap sheets and they didn't use them. This got to be pretty annoying. Also, we ended up having to buy toilet paper and dish soap which I thought enough would be provided to last the week. The Vacation company was super easy to work with and let us check in early. The unit has a great view and the unit was very quiet. Never heard anyone from any direction while we were in the apartment. The elevator only worked 75% of time which was annoying but not too big a deal. I loved the location in Palmetto Dunes. Pool area was very busy while we were there and I didn't feel like the pool water was very clean. Kids liked it and had no complaints though. I would probably stay here again if they fixed the sheet situation.

We have enjoyed HH for more than 25 years and Villamare is one of the better places in which to enjoy the island. Our unit is very private and comfortable. If anything, and it could be a financial challenge coming up soon, the unit we were in seems to need a facelift--furniture, appliances, carpeting. The latter showing their wear.
