We have used this unit 2 consecutive years. It is in close proximity to the pool,beach, and picnic area. It over looks the pool allowing you to easely keep track of the teenage kids. The condo looked exactly like it does in the pictures. the location is the best - right over the pool, and steps from the entrance to the beach. Very convenient. Everything was in good shape inside, all the appliances and the wireless internet worked fine.

1201 Villamare was a great choice for our November getaway!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay at1201 Villamare. Receiving all information, passes, etc before we left home was wonderful because, once arriving in Hilton Head, we were able to go directly to the unit without making any stops. The keyless entry was also a real plus. We found the unit to be just as described and we were not disappointed. This was the first time we had stayed in the Villamare complex. We were very impressed with the location, the well kept grounds, sun decks, pools, and fitness center. We are looking forward to a return visit to Villamare this winter.

Loved it. I think next time I would like to stay in an upper floor room so that the view of the beach and ocean would not be in any way obscured by the trees. But I enjoyed looking out over the pool. Other than that I cannot wait to visit again.
