This spacious 4 bedroom, 4 bath, 4th row home with private HEATED* pool is ready for everyone! With 2 LIVING ROOMS, formal dining room, large eat-in kitchen with granite countertops, entertainment room with tv, pool table, and mini kitchen, this is an excellent choice for a large family. And if you have any doubts everyone will enjoy the game room, a large 42" plasma tv was just installed in the main living room just in case the disagreeable ones need a time-out.

The family room and breakfast room have also been outfitted with new furniture, while the EXPANSIVE DECKING AROUND THE POOL WITH NEW PATIO FURNITURE is enticing whether you are a sun worshiper or grill master. There are 4 large bedrooms, 2 of which are master suites. Being in close proximity to Shelter Cove Marina shopping, dining, and seasonal live entertainment**, this Palmetto Dunes home is one of our most requested no-miss vacation rentals. The house was OK. Was disappointed that the carpets were not cleaner, couch in den was nott real comfortable. Had issues connecting to the wireless Internet because signal was not strong unless you were in the game room. We paid $800.00 for the pool to be heated but did not get the heat turned on until Wednesday. Should get 50% refund for the pool heat fee. Location of the house was great and it was very quiet outside.

We enjoyed our stay at 115 Mooring buoy. It is a short walk to the beach; the two living rooms were really useful when 2-3 families with different interests vacation together; the pool is a plus as well as the open garage where we were able to store the kids' bikes and beach items. I would rate the house 10 except for the "critters" which seem to appear every now and then from nowhere- not sure if this is usual in vacation homes like these. My family would love to stay in this vacation home again.

The home is only minutes from the beach and close to walkway. New double oven and grill on patio. Home was very clean and pool also. This was our 3rd year to stay in this home.

My husband and I rented 115 Mooring Buoy. We had our three adult children and my parents visiting with us. This house was a perfect fit for us. The family room, living room, pool table/tv room allowed for people to spread out through the house. We also had easy access to the beach. We feel palmetto dunes is the ideal location, because it is located mid island. It is not a long trip to anywhere on the island. The only negative comment I would have would be about the pool. It is surrounded by trees, therefore a lot of leaves to clean various times during the day. The pool itself is in need of some repair. We had a wonderful week with our family and are seriously considering renting this house again next summer!! Thank you!
